Payment Methods
Self Pay: This option is for participants that will pay their tuition in full without any support raising help.
Support Raising: This option is for participants that enter into a support raising system to pay their full tuition. In this method participants can contribute towards their payment installment goals along with soliciting donations from others.
Support Raising: This means you solicit donations from others to pay your tuition. We will work with you on how to do this and reach your goals.
Payment Dates and Amounts
Total tuition for the year is $14,000. The 4 month semester option tuition is 7,000. Within 2 weeks of your acceptance your $500.00 deposit is due. This deposit is non-refundable, but will apply towards your full tuition. *Note that prices listed are for the 2024 - 2025 gap year.
Payment Option One - Pay in Full
Entire payment of $13,500 is due by August 21st for those attending both fall and spring semesters
Entire payment of $6,500 is due by August 21st for those only attending the fall semester
Payment Option Two - Payment Plan for Full Program
Important Note for Payment Plan: If you choose this option you are committing to pay the entire amount. If a student leaves the program for any reason or is expelled from the program for violating our rules and contract agreement the full amount is still owed for the length of program previously committed to.
500$ deposit is due within 2 weeks of acceptance and counts towards the overall tuition. A payment of $4,500 dollars is due by August 21st. This applies to self pay and support raised participants. This payment covers all expenses until the next payment date on December 1st. This payment is non refundable regardless if you leave the program earlier than that date.
A payment of $4,500 is due by December 1st. This applies to self pay and support raised participants. This payment covers all expenses until the next payment date on March 1st. This payment is non refundable regardless if you leave the program earlier than that date.
A final payment of $4,500 is due by March 1st. This is your final payment for the year. This payment covers all expenses for the rest of the year. This payment also includes the expenses for the trip to Spain. That trip will not be booked until after the final payment. This payment is non refundable regardless if you leave the program before the end of the program.
Payment Option Three - Payment Plan for Fall and Spring Semesters only
Fall Semester 2023 (September)
500$ deposit is due within 4 weeks of acceptance and counts towards the overall tuition. Payments of $2,167 will due by August 21st, October 9th and December 4th. These payments apply to self pay and support raised participants. Each payment will cover all expenses until the next payment date. These payments are non refundable regardless if you leave the program earlier than those dates.
Spring Semester 2024 (January)
New Students for January 2024: 500$ deposit is due within 4 weeks of acceptance and counts towards the overall tuition. Payments of $2,167 will due by December 22nd, February 12th and April 1st.
Please Note: Students that attended the 4 month Fall semester and have decided to return for the 4 months of Spring semester will have payments of 2,333$ due on the same dates above (because no deposit was paid for 2nd term - December 22nd , February 12th and April 1st. These payments apply to self pay and support raised participants. Each payment will cover all expenses until the next payment date. These payments are non refundable regardless if you leave the program earlier than those dates.
*Whenever applicable the deductible has been taken off the total price of tuition listed in the plans above.
